Any notifications from BlanksWarehouse to customers may be posted on this website and shall become effective within thirty (30) days of posting. Customer-initiated notices should be directed to our Powell, Tennessee address. Delivery of such notices shall be deemed complete five (5) days after sending.

Shipping Policies

Service extends to U.S. locations, territories, Canada, and Mexico. All estimated shipping times, both written and verbal, are subject to change. Customers bear responsibility for claims involving lost or damaged packages once carriers receive shipments.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, and no refunds or returns will be granted except in cases of damage or defects. Returns require:

• Authorization within ten (10) business days of delivery
• Proper documentation including photos of any damage or defects
• Original packaging
• Return shipping at customer's expense unless the error is on our part

Cancellations & Processing Fees

A non-refundable 8% processing fee applies to all approved cancellations and refund requests. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Product Usage & Disclaimer

BlanksWarehouse products are designed for sublimation printing. We are not responsible for results obtained through improper use, incorrect temperature settings, or incompatible equipment. Please refer to our sublimation cooking instructions for recommended settings.

Privacy & Data

We collect and store personal information necessary to process orders and improve our services. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping carriers). All payment transactions are processed securely.
